)What if it rains?
)At Wild Bounce we have a simple policy - if we set it up we expect payment, if we don't set it up we don't expect payment. Weather is very unpredictable in that it can start or stop raining at any time. If it is a downpour and forecast for heavy rain all day we would not set up. Otherwise, we really just "play it by ear" and stay in contact with you prior to your scheduled time.
)Do you require a deposit?
)Yes, deposits are required for some rentals, depending on the model or date. If a deposit is required, you will be informed prior to us confirming your reservation.
What is your cancellation policy?
)A reservation may be cancelled or rescheduled if it is done at least 48 hours prior to the rental date.
)Is it OK for children to go from the pool into the WildBounce?
)We recommend that children dry off before boarding. Too much water will cause the ramp to get slippery.
)How does the WildBounce stay inflated?
)All of our inflatables require a standard 110 three prong outlet. The WildBounce must be placed within 100 feet of this outlet. If it is to be placed in a field or further than 100 feet of an outlet then you would need to have a generator. We can furnish this, however, we would need advance notice and there would be an additional charge.
